FlingThis year's Fling was held on April 18-19, and the two-day event provided plenty of time for fond reminiscing. The
events took place on several on-campus sites, including Harrington House, the Ferrell Center, and the Hughes-Dillard Alumni Center. For a student's impressions of this year's festivities, click here: Fling 2008
There are many opportunities for Baylor graduates to visit their alma mater and catch up with old friends, plus make new ones. But there is only one Fling. Billed as a "Baylor event for women," Fling--which is every other spring--reconnects Baylor alumnae to each other and to the university.
"I think Fling is a good program for women graduates because it is just for women and is geared toward the interests of women," said Bob Anne McMullan Senter, the Baylor Alumni Association Fling coordinator. "The Fling weekend is not as frantic as Homecoming or game day football. Fling is a more relaxed weekend."
