Cancellation PolicyIf a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, Lifelong Learning will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary.
For participant cancellations, refunds are provided as listed below. Refunds take approximately four weeks to process.
Courses with four or fewer sessions:
• For withdrawal at least 5 working days prior to the first class session: 100 percent, less a $5 processing fee.
• For withdrawal 2-4 days prior to the first class session: 75 percent, less a $5 processing fee.
• No refund after designated class starting time.
Courses with five or more sessions:
• For withdrawal at least 5 working days prior to the first class session: 100 percent, less a $5 processing fee.
• For withdrawal 2-4 days prior to the first class session: 75 percent, less a $5 processing fee.
• No refund after the second class meeting.
