BAA NewsAn Unusually Grand Trip by George Wang

When retired Baylor professors George and May Wang went on the Baylor Alumni Association trip down the Danube River, they were struck by the beauty and diversity of the area, including this vineyard in the Wachau Valley. The Baylor group of forty-two included retired Master Teacher James Vardaman and current Baylor philosophy professor Dr. Robert Baird. Happy Holidays
Carol Bailiff Bullman '99 has written a children's book, The Christmas House, which celebrates the power of music. Illustrated by Jim Madsen, the book tells the story of an enchanted piano that revitalizes a neighborhood. Go to idealsbooks.com for more information.
After graduating from Baylor, Carol taught elementary school in Frisco while taking creative writing classes at night. She and her husband, John '00, live in Allen with their son. This is Carol's first children's book.
